Reporting A Problem with A Lesson or the System

    • Visit your my history page after the class time has finished.
    • Select the issue and describe the problem
    • You will receive a confirmation.
  • General Report
    • Click on your profile icon - then click help in the menu.
    • Select the issue and describe it.
    • You will see a success message.

If you have a problem with your lesson you can contact support by visiting the help section.

There are two ways you can do this:

  • Lesson specific report: You can access and submit a report that is related to each specific lesson. This will be available after the lesson time has completed.
  • General report: Use this report if you have a general question or concern related to the system. If you have found a bug or you encounter a server error you can select other.

If you would like to rate your teacher and share feedback about their lesson quality – use the feedback function on your my history page.

Lesson Specific Report

Want to report a problem with a specific lesson?

Watch this video or refer to the steps below.

Visit your my history page after the class time has finished.

Visit your my history page and click report a problem under the lesson.

Select the issue and describe the problem

Describe your problem and select the relevant issue. Then submit the problem.

You will receive a confirmation.

Confirm that your message has been sent.

General Report

Click on your profile icon – then click help in the menu.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then click the help menu.

Select the issue and describe it.

Select the issue, and share a description. Then click “Report a problem”.

You will see a success message.

You will see a success message to let you know that the report has been sent.
